Today's tarot card is the Ten of Wands. Widely regarded as one of the most difficult cards in the deck, it does actually have a positive side - as it reveals here, through its links with the Moon-Pluto trine which is in orb today.

In the Rider Waite tarot, the Ten of Wands depicts a young man almost crushed under his full burden of wands. He hasn't yet made it to his destination, and the jury's out over whether he will or not. This card shows up when we feel spent, as if we can no longer carry on. Everything is just too much, and there doesn't seem to be a clear way forwards.

Pluto's astrological influence often has the same effect. Today, however, Pluto is in a good mood. The common sense, hardworking Virgo Moon is in trine aspect to Pluto, signifying that there's drama we don't yet know about, but drama of a good kind.

It seems that for the young man in the Ten of Wands, his destination is closer than he thinks. If he just carries on a few more steps - perhaps someone will be along to help him, or perhaps there's a shortcut to the village. What's most important is that he carries on.

And that's what we must do too, under the influence of the Moon-Pluto trine. Push on regardless, using that Virgo work ethic. Yes, it's tough going, but do it anyway. There's a surprise up ahead, courtesy of Pluto, which is about to make your burdens just that little bit lighter - so now, of all times, you must not give up.
