The tarot card for today is the Devil. This rather scary looking card can actually be quite helpful, and it does reflect well the energies of today's Leo Moon square Saturn.
The Devil, in the Rider Waite tarot deck, shows a formidable looking horned god figure, with a naked man and woman at his feet. They wear chains around their necks, and appear to be enslaved. In fact, the main message of this tarot card is entrapment or enslavement, or mental bondage of some kind.
As the Moon squares up to Saturn today, we also feel rather stuck. This astrological aspect is frustrating and can be rather depressing; it's as if whichever way we turn, we can't find the right way out.
The answer is in the Devil card, if you look closely. The two humans with the chains around their necks - the chains are very loose, aren't they? They could free themselves if they so choose. They don't have to remain trapped or addicted to whatever the problem is. It's a matter of free choice and freedom of will.
The same is true of the Moon-Saturn square - the frustration is all in the attitude. If we choose to find a different way to approach life, we can find one. If we choose to be miserable, we will be. The choice is yours.
